Returns are refunded in the method of original payment. Shipping is nonrefundable. All sale merchandise is exchangeable only (provided inventory is available).

A: We'll happily accept the return of unworn, unwashed or defective items. Need a different size, color or style? We'll send it to you provided it is in stock; otherwise your payment will be refunded as noted above! Complete the Return/Exchange Form included in your original shipment and enclose it with the item(s) in the original packaging (when possible). When exchanging items, be sure to indicate the replacement item, including the style number, color, and size. Packages must be shipped pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Refunds and exchanges are processed when the returned item(s) is received. The James Bond 007 Store will pay the shipping costs to you to re-ship an item processed as a defective item exchange. Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt. Credits for returned merchandise will be issued to the original credit card only.
